Red Rocks Community College
The Learning Collaborative (TLC) is a program designed to increase successful transition of high barrier adult learners into Red Rocks Community College and other post-secondary or workforce options where students have great opportunity to attain self-sufficiency and a living wage. Services are designed to support foundational skill development in English and Math, and support college readiness development for students seeking the skills for college entry.
